2. It’s on the Internet.
Um, guys? This is from a movie shoot for The Other Guys starring Samuel L. Jackson, Will Ferrell and others. The location is Park Avenue South in the 20’s. Here’s a photo of the wrecking ball in question, and here’s a car that’s been smashed by that same wrecking ball, and here’s the interior of a fake jewelry store also smashed by that wrecking ball.
In short, it did happen AND it was fake. :-)
