HTML Help!
More service-y-ness!
Via Soup | Anthony De RosaMany thanks to the responses I received on my HTML question. When people comment, email and reblog, it’s only fair to take the information you’ve received and share it with everyone. I love hearing from you guys btw, whether by comment, reblog, email or IM. I’ve met and learned from so many people, all because of my blog and this community. I digress.
Back to reader suggestions on where to find help with HTML:
- Allen Stern of CenterNetworks suggested HTML Center - also created and maintained by Allen
- Kelly Reeves suggested Head First - an O’Reilly book with lots of graphics and exercises
- Michelle DeForest recommended HTML for Dummies
- Commenter “Stuck in a Bag” recommended the video tutorials on Lynda.com
I’m ready to jump in (and I’m up for that one-hour tutorial if you’re still offering Allen). Jesus, if I can just get the search bar back on my header and make it look a bit more like this as opposed to this, I’d be happy.
This is a very useful list, thanks Adam!
Most of what I know about web design, development and scripting I learned online. A good deal of it from W3 Schools.
