I saw this bus the other day, covered in an ad for United Airlines. The tagline ends with the words “It’s how we roll,” which makes me wonder: did the airline deliberately do this as a sick nod to the passengers aboard the doomed United flight 93 on Sept. 11, 2001, one of whom uttered the phrase “Let’s roll” before attacking the plane’s hijackers? Or is the creative exec who developed the ad (and the United execs who approved this ad) just a bunch of completely insensitive louts?
