combat operations didn't end in Iraq until almost 3/4 of the way through Obama's term, troops were increased in Afghanistan (and pushed into Pakistan), and we unilaterally (and unconstitutionally) enforced a no-fly-zone over Libya. so yes, Ron Paul is correct. Obama expanded the wars during his term.
