Ehhh.  That’s annoying?  Makes me like him more.

My brother once said that Star Trek had the best villains, because they were cold, uncompromising, and didn’t give a shit about the fates of the good guys.  In that respect, I do admire Drudge see where he’s coming from: he doesn’t give a good, God damned inch about what others think.  A perfect Trek villain!  :-)

And woolie if I promise we’ll NEVER fight about Drudge, will you do the same?  Pleeeeeeeeeeeease?

I meant it makes me like Obama more, by the way.  Matt is just Matt.  I think it’s sort of like Random said—it’s not advisable to get all your news from one source because you have to take whatever Drudge posts with a grain of salt.  I’d like to think, Aaron, that you’re worried he has too much influence and people aren’t straying beyond his links.  Right?  You demand balance!

No, no, no.  We’ll never fight about Drudge.  I only asked originally because of your vehemence about the whole thing—every post you write regarding MD includes the F bomb.  I thought there might be something salacious and insider-y that you hadn’t shared with all of us so I was trying to get you to spill.

:-)  Good.  I read a number of sites, basically the top five-ten newspapers, newsmags, Drudge, Gawker, Politico, Andrew Sullivan etc…. The number of posts I, um, post about Drudge in no way reflects how much I read his site.  Insider-y?  Sorry, nope.  Random probably has more dirt on him than I ever will!  And yeah, when Obama gives that stare, I’m reminded of a sixth-grade teacher who I didn’t like so much.  Always gave the “SHUT THE FUCK UP” glare.  And it worked, too!  The bastard.
