The inmates from the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center perform their tribute to the late Michael Jackson, including the songs “Ben,” “I’ll Be There,” and the finale, “We Are The World” .
There’s no “Thriller”, but some of the choreography in here appears to have been taken from that, their most famous number.
