If you say that we should not educate children that have come into our state for no other reason than they’ve been brought here by no fault of their own, I don’t think you have a heart.

Republican candidate RICK PERRY, at last night’s GOP debate, responding to criticism — and boos from the conservative crowd — over his state’s college tuition breaks for the children of illegal immigrants.

Between this and his mandate for vaccinating young girls against human papillomavirus, it seems Rick Perry is on the right side of two things.
